HERO Dance
Provides the joy of dancing through the use of body and rhythmic movements.
Participants increase coordination, flexibility, balance, and their overall sense of well-being.

HERO Movement & Song
Encourages creative expression through active music making, sing-alongs and dance.
Rhythm instruments such as tambourines, maracas, bells and triangles help create
an enjoyable movement and song experience.

HERO Percussion Band
Participants sit together in a circle and play drums and other percussion instruments.
The imagination of the group is sparked as they enact visions of
trains, thunderstorms, etc. using their percussion instruments.

HERO Yoga
Yoga provides the tools for maximizing health by developing strength
and flexibility in a gentle manner.
